Noojee Bush Goods guarantees all products for quality and intended use. We offer 12 months standard product warranty on all items. We are here to help. Contact us if you have a concern.

There are always websites popping up (and then disappearing) which offer, what appears to be unbeatable prices. Beware that you will probably not receive a valid Australian warranty with such goods.

Noojee Bush Goods is an “Official Brand Partner” of all the brands sold on this website. This means that as a customer, you are guaranteed full Australian warranty backup service on all products purchased from our website (and in-store).

Warranty Cover:

Our warranty covers all items that are inoperable for intended use or with a manufacturing fault. In such a case, we will repair, replace or refund the product (at our discretion, on case by case basis) at no expense to the customer, including all related postage charges. As an online seller, we reserve the right to inspect and assess the returned defective product first to determine the best way to apply the warranty, if applicable.

The standard warranty does not cover any damage caused during transit, accidental damage and damage due to misuse or unintended use.
Example cases where our standard warranty DOES NOT apply:

RODS:

  • Due to the nature of the material, carbon fibre / graphite rods have sensitive tips and must be treated as such. No refund / replacement will be given if a rod was tested or used incorrectly and broken. Instances of incorrect testing / usage include: “high sticking” (pointing the rod straight up so that only the tip bends or bringing the rod past a 90° angle with the ground), pulling back on snagged line, over-tightening reel seats, pulling on the tip with excessive force, etc.
  • No refund / replacement will be given if any unauthorised repairs were done to the product
  • No refund / replacement will be given if there’s a fault caused by misuse or normal wear and tear
  • No refund / replacement will be given if we are not contacted within the timeframes specified in the warranty

REELS:

No refund / replacement will be given if there is corrosion due to salt water present inside the reel.

Incorrect item received or item damaged in transit:

If you have received a wrong item, or the product has been damaged in transit, we must be contacted within 24 hours. In these cases we will require proof of damage / incorrect item sent, via photos emailed to us. Please note that we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery for the warranty to apply.

Items purchased by mistake or change of mind:

  • If you have purchased a wrong item or changed your mind, we do offer an option of returning the item back to us for a refund or exchange within 14 Days of the purchase date. In such a case, the buyer is responsible for all associated postage costs.
  • Please note that certain items such as rods, large accessory items and clothing cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to verify it is eligible.
  • All items returned must be in unused and sellable condition (unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all additional materials present). If an item is deemed unsellable, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of returning the item back to them.

Refunds:

Refunds will be applied in the same way the payment was made (PayPal account or Credit Card).

Exchanges:

Products can be exchanged with items of same value. It may take up to 14 days to process the exchange. The buyer is responsible for all associated postage costs.

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website pricing and content. In case of a technical based pricing or content error, we reserve the right to cancel or refund the incorrect purchase price to you.

If an order is rejected on our website we will endeavour to notify you within a reasonable time after the order has been submitted.
