Key Responsibilities: Prescription Handling Accurately receive and verify prescription and refill requests under pharmacist supervision. Prepare and mix medications according to written prescriptions and established guidelines. File and label filled prescriptions, ensuring proper pricing and packaging. Inventory & Medication Management Maintain accurate inventory by receiving and storing incoming pharmaceuticals and supplies. Monitor stock levels to ensure medication availability, and dispose of expired drugs per safety protocols. Verify deliveries and reconcile invoices against orders. Customer Service & Communication Assist patients by answering basic questions or directing complex inquiries to the pharmacist. Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Establish and update patient profiles with accurate prescription history and personal information. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail. Service-oriented with a professional attitude.
