Packaging Specialist / Line Operator
Intracoastal Brewing Company / Playalinda Brewing Company is a brewery and tap room with 2 locations in
Brevard County, Florida. We are all about superior beer, excellent workplace environment, and being an active
part of our community. We are looking for a quality, highly motivated person to join our team. Prior
brewery/packaging experience or relevant training A MUST HAVE. Experience with
Wildgoose or Cask inline fillers a BIG plus
Position Overview:
$50,000 - $60,000 starting salary with proper experience
What this job entails
Be able to execute all tasks associated with the packaging process including but not limited to:
startups, shut downs, Product testing and reporting, line operation and cleaning.
Be able to work closely with production and sales teams to ensure schedules are met and products
meet company QC standards
Be able to execute inventory and ordering of related packaging materials.
Be able to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of packaging equipment and systems.
Be able to record and report appropriate and necessary information regarding production logs and
maintenance and testing records.
Be able to read and comprehend specification sheets and equipment manuals
Assist with Kegging operations
Traveling between 2 locations depending on the needs of the company
Experience with procurement and purchasing of parts and equipment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and offer input to continuously promote and improve a safe working
environment.
Ability to safely operate a forklift and scissor lift
Other Requirements
Strong communication skills both in person and via email
Proficient with the Microsoft office suite
Ability to modify work schedule at times to accommodate production schedules with equipment shutdowns
Positive attitude and willingness to work with a diverse team
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Working Conditions
This position requires continuous standing, walking, lifting and carrying, frequent bending, reaching, crouching, climbing
stairs and ladders.
This position will require your ability to work in a warehouse environment. You must be able to tolerate temperatures
above 85 degrees F on a regular basis for extended periods.
This position requires you wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
