About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help people make healthier lifestyle choices through virtual consultations with a Registered Dietitian. This service is a free benefit provided through their insurance, and your role will be to reach out to eligible individuals, share the value of meeting with a Registered Dietitian, and help schedule their initial consultation. Your goal will be to connect with people in a meaningful way and get them excited about starting their health journey!
You'll be the first point of contact for many individuals, so strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate others are key. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting weekly scheduling targets, and making high-volume calls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone and is comfortable with a goal-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential new members (averaging 100+ calls per day via an automatic dialer) to introduce the free tele-nutrition services available through their insurance.
Follow a provided script, but with a conversational, engaging approach—make the call feel personal and natural.
Meet the daily goal of signing up 10-15+ new members.
Address any questions or concerns members may have about tele-nutrition and escalate any complex issues to the team leader as needed.
Logistics:
This position requires availability from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
It's a fully remote position, and candidates must be located in the U.S. (candidates in PST, MST, or CST time zones are preferred).
The role is a contract-to-hire position with a 5-week probationary period.
Candidates must have their own laptop or computer to use for daily tasks.
Requirements:
Reliable personal computer or laptop (Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM, or MacOS 12.7.4 or higher).
Previous experience in a high-volume outbound calling role with the ability to handle 100+ calls per day via an automatic dialer.
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, with a flexible and adaptable attitude, as this is a fast-evolving start-up environment!
Preferred Qualities:
Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or other languages in addition to English.
Experience with AWS Connect Path or other automatic dialing systems.
Proficient in Google Suite applications.
Previous experience in healthcare or a strong passion for health and wellness.
