As an Agent Team Member, you'll work with an independent agent, focusing on marketing a range of insurance and financial products that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely follow-up.
Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Contribute to the growth of the agency by proactively seeking new business opportunities.
